Disability Services
At Courageous Minds we deliver services to NDIS participants who are living with a disability in rural regional Victoria. We provide a comprehensive, and coordinated approach to meet the needs of all people experiencing disability challenges. Our team deliver services across a broad range of clients including children, youth and their families. Clinicians are able to deliver treatment from our offices or in your own home if suitable. We can also support you via Telehealth, where a clinician can work with you over the phone or via video conferencing. With experience working within the NDIS guidelines Courageous Minds can provide services to help you meet your NDIS goals.
